4 weeks into training

Ok then, I am going into my 5th week now and can I say that my brain is dripping out my ear… Yeah information overload… But it is getting easier as time goes on… SO Monday we go full time on the phones… AM I dreading this??? Well in a way yes. I know I can handle the work. I just have issues with the amount of info and where to find the answers. But as I said as time goes by it will get easier… So here’s to another week dancing with the Devil.
