I must admit I was just a tad dubious as to how well David Tennant could pull off the New Doctor. But I am here to tell you that he hit the character right on the head. The wife and I just finished watching the first show in the upcoming new season ” Christmas Invasion”. And it ROCKS…
Now I have been a Dr. Who fan since I was a little boy. I have been following him for the last 40+ years.. I have loved all his regenerations for one reason or another. But I have to admit Tom Baker was one of my all time favorites.. Now he did play the Doctor for the longest period of time. But I think it was just the character he created. He was funny, sarcastic, odd, brilliant, and a host of other things…
But now we have David Tennant.. As I now know he will be one hell of a Doctor. I also have to admit I was sorry to see Christopher Eccleston go. I wont argue with his reasons for going. He was not the only one to make his time as the Doctor a short span of time.. But now I think we have entered a new era in Time Lord history…
But I suppose we shall have to see…
